<p>FEMA needs to know more about your disaster-damaged vehicle.</p> <p><strong>Please send the following to FEMA:</strong></p> <ul> <li>List of all vehicles owned or leased by everyone in your household and a brief description of the damage caused by the disaster. Include the year, make, and model of each vehicle.</li> </ul> <p>Please remember to include the mechanic or other service provider's name and contact information, so FEMA can confirm the information.</p> <p><em>After you select <strong>Upload Center</strong>, select the <strong>Transportation</strong> Assistance Type and <strong>Automobile Title</strong> before you upload your document.</em></p>
