<li>Itemized receipts, bills, or estimates for these moving and storage expenses.</li>
<li>Copy of all insurance settlement or denial letters. If you do not have insurance, you must state this in your signed letter.</li>
</ul>
<p>Please remember to include the provider's name and contact information, so FEMA can confirm the information.</p>
