<ul><li>If we are, and the caller has not already started an application, click <b>New Application</b> to start one.</li>
<li>If the application period has ended, follow the instructions in <disasterInfoModal>Disaster Info</disasterInfoModal>.</li></ul>

<p>Follow the prompts below if the caller fits any of these other situations:</p>

<ul><li>If the caller needs to finish an incomplete application - click <incpApps>Incomplete Application</incpApps> to search for and finish their application.</li>
<li>If the caller wants to check the status of their application - transfer the call to Helpline.</li>
<li>If the caller is <b>not in a federally declared disaster area</b> - refer them to their County Emergency Management Agency or their local American Red Cross Chapter.</li></ul>
