<p>Use the buttons at the bottom of each screen to move through the form.</p>

<ul><li>Use <strong>Next</strong> to move to the next screen.</li>
<li>Use <strong>Skip</strong> if you want to come back and finish that screen later.</li>
<li>Use <strong>Back</strong> or the links in the menu to go back to any screen.</li></ul>
