<p>If you choose the <b>Online or Mobile Payment Option</b>, a vendor for the U.S. Treasury will contact you. You will get a 9-digit application number on the <b>Success</b> screen after you submit your application. This is what they will use to identify you. Then you must choose the type of option you want to use OR if you want to get a paper check by mail.</p>

<p>If we can't contact you, or you don't respond, we will just mail a check to your mailing address on file.</p>
