<b>Lack of Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance</b><br><br>

Comprehensive Insurance provides protection against the loss or damage to a covered auto and includes damages resulting from collision with another vehicle, object, or damages from a natural disaster.<br><br>

If you do not have comprehensive vehicle insurance, please provide the following:

<li>Proof of liability insurance coverage at the time of the disaster AND a statement from you stating comprehensive insurance coverage does not exist
<li>Copy of title(s) for damaged vehicle(s)
<li>Copy of current registration card(s) for damaged vehicle(s)
<li>List all owned vehicle(s) (year, make & model) and a brief description of the damaged vehicle
<li>Verification of vehicle(s) expenses, an estimate or a bill from a mechanic verifying the repair costs and verifying that the damage to your vehicle(s) were caused by the disaster. Please include the name of the mechanic and company name, address, and telephone number
<li>If requesting assistance for more than one damaged vehicle, please explain the reason(s) there is a need for more than one vehicle in the household
