Choose this option if you had minor damage to your home but are still able to live there safely. Damage may include roof, windows, minor cracks, water less than 3 inches deep. You should also choose this option if you needed to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the home.
Do not choose this option if you had damage to your personal property such as appliances, clothing, and/or furniture.

<b>I had damage to my home or personal property that requires a lot of repairs. I may not be able to live in my home.</b><br>
Choose this option if the damage to your home may make it unsafe to live there. This can include debris that prevents you from safely entering your home. Damage that makes it unsafe to live in the home can include flood water is over 3 inches but less than 2 feet deep or roof damage that caused damage to the inside of your home. You should also choose this option if you had damage to personal property items such as appliances, clothing, and/or furniture (a vehicle is not personal property).

<b>I had damage to my home or personal property that requires major repairs. I am not able to live in my home.</b><br>
Choose this option if the damage to your home makes it unsafe to live there or access to the home is prevented due to private road or bridge damage. Unsafe examples can include the stability of the home due to land slide, or water above 2 feet deep on the first main floor of where you live. Other examples include major damage to roof, ceilings, or foundation. You should also choose this option if you lost most or all of your appliances and personal property.

Choose this option if your home and personal property is destroyed. This can include the home is no longer standing, was washed away or burned to the ground.
