<ul><li>In order to be eligible to receive FEMA Disaster Assistance, a member of the household must be a citizen, non-citizen national or qualified non-citizen of the United States. By completing the registration, you agree to the information found on the <a href="https://www.disasterassistance.gov/sites/default/files/daip/FEMA-FF-104-FY-21-128_(009-0-3)_Sep2025.pdf" target= "_blank ">Declaration and Release Form.</a></li></ul></ul><p><I>Note: We cannot provide money to people or households for losses already covered by insurance.
If you have not already contacted your insurance company to file a claim, <b>please do this as soon as possible</b>. Failure to file a claim with your insurance company may affect you getting grant assistance.</I></p>

<p>If you are registering for:</p>

<ul><li><b>Vehicle ONLY</b>, enter the zip code where the vehicle damage occurred (even if it is different than your home zip code). Only enter the name of the street where the damage occurred (not a house, apartment, or other street number).</li><br>
<li><b>Business Assistance ONLY</b>, use the name and SSN of the business owner or representative.</li><br>
<li><b>Funeral Assistance ONLY </b>, use the name and SSN of the person responsible for the deceased person's funeral costs.</li><br>
<li><b>Child Care ONLY</b>, enter the location address that was damaged by the disaster which:</li>

<ul><li>caused new or additional child care costs. </li>
<li>resulted in a loss of income for the household (e.g. child care facility, place of employment). </ul></li></ul>
