<b>Pre-registration Instructions:</b> You have just pre-registered for possible Disaster Assistance if and when a disaster is declared in your area.<br/> <p>The pre-registration process <u>will not</u> automatically give you disaster assistance prior to an actual disaster being declared. Once a disaster has been declared, you will need to complete the registration process. You can do this either through an account that you may have created at the time of your pre-registration or by calling the FEMA Helpline at 1-800-621-3362 (711 available) and providing them with your pre-registration ID number.</p> <p>If you use a video relay service (VRS), captioned telephone (CTS), or other service, give FEMA your number for that service.</p>
