If the email address in the grayed-out Enter Email Address box is incorrect, your email address was entered incorrectly during the application process.<br>

<li>To complete the account creation process, please enter the incorrect email address into the Confirm Email Address field exactly as it appears in the Enter Email Address field.
<li>Select Next to proceed.
<li>After completing the process, please call the Technical Help Desk at 1-800-745-0243 and request an email correction to your account. They will also reset the temporary PIN you will need to log in to your account for the first time.
