<b>Status</b><br>

The status tab displays an overview of the status of your application.<br><br>

It will notate in red if information has been requested of you before a determination can be made. By law FEMA cannot duplicate assistance available to you from other sources. If your losses are insured you must provide FEMA a copy of your settlement or denial before assistance can be considered. However, if there is a significant delay in settling your insurance claim FEMA may be able to provide some advance assistance.
