<p align="left">Beneficial ownership is where a person has lifetime occupancy rights with formal title vested in another. This requires a notarized affidavit from the owner of record certifying lifetime occupancy rights for the applicant, plus proof of ownership for the owner of record. Rent-free owner is a person who does not hold formal title to the residence and pays no rent but is responsible for the payment of taxes or maintenance of the residence. Proof of payment of taxes or receipts for maintenance expenses may be used as proof of rent-free status.</p></span><br>

<p align="left">Late registrations should be completed for up to 60 days from the date the standard or extended registration period end date. Applicants should submit all related documentation of explanation to support their extenuating circumstances that prevented them from applying for assistance in a timely manner.
