<b>Correspondence Information</b><br>This page displays a brief summary of both incoming and outgoing correspondence related to your file.<br><br><b>Requested From You:</b><br>This box explains requests for information sent to you by FEMA. These are items or documents needed by FEMA to thoroughly review and process your case further. You can mail or fax the requested information to the address or fax number shown in Contact Us at the top right corner of each page. You can click on the word displayed under this column for a definition of the requested information.<br><br><b>Received From You:</b><br>This section provides a brief document description and date received of all incoming documents into your file. Please allow 7-10 days for documents to arrive through the mail and 5 additional days for the document(s) to be scanned into your file.<br><br><b>Sent To You:</b><br>This section provides a brief document description and sent date of all correspondence sent to you by FEMA. Please allow 7-10 days for the correspondence to arrive in the mail. If you have not received the correspondence and it has been greater than 10 days from the sent date, check the Applicant Information screen to verify FEMA has your current mailing address and correct if needed. If the address is correct, contact FEMA at the phone number or address shown in Contact Us at the top right corner of each page to request a second copy.<br><br>The address, phone and fax numbers for FEMA are located in Contact Us at the top right corner of each page. You may need to use the scroll bar on the right side of the screen to view this information.<br><br>When sending documentation to FEMA, please be sure to include your full name, address, phone number, disaster number and registration ID on each page. The registration ID can be found in the top right corner of the screen.
