To be considered for FEMA assistance, you must provide the hotel/motel expenses with a paid receipt or a credit card statement containing the applicant's name and dated within the disaster period. Only room expenses are eligible under the FEMA program. Food and other amenities are not considered as eligible expenses under this program.
