<p><strong>Vehicle Registration</strong></p> <p>Please make sure this document includes:</p> <ul> <li>Your name or your co-applicant's name.</li> <li>Your home address listed on your application.</li> <li>The year, make, and model of the damaged vehicle.</li> <li>Proof that it was issued and dated before the disaster began, and</li> <li>Was current (not expired) at the time of the disaster with the state seal.</li> <li>FEMA will accept a motor vehicle registration dated after the disaster if it clearly states that you or the co-applicant lived in the damaged home at the time of the disaster.</li> </ul>
