Program Description
The International Terrorism Victim Expense Reimbursement Program (ITVERP) is a unique federal program. It pays back certain expenses for victims of terrorism outside of the U.S.
Your incident must appear on the Terrorist Incident Designation List to apply. If it is not on the list, our staff will request to add it.
General Program Requirements
To qualify, you must have been a U.S. citizenship or an employee or contractor of the U.S. government, including foreign nationals. You must also have suffered direct physical or emotional injury or death due to the act of terrorism.
A family member or legal agent may apply for a victim who is a minor, unable to apply for themselves, or killed.
