Program Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Rural Housing Service offers several programs that can help with housing needs in rural areas.

We may be able to provide rental help for some tenants in these areas. We can also help homeowners and buyers buy, build, and repair homes.

General Program Requirements

To qualify, you must live in an eligible rural area and meet the income conditions.
