The Multi-family Housing Rental Assistance program helps pay the rent for low-income tenants who are not able to pay full rent. Payments go to the owners of USDA-financed Rural Rental or Farm Labor Housing.

General Program Requirements
To qualify, you must live in an eligible rural area and be low- or very-low-income.
You can get a listing of available housing in your area from your state's Rural Development office. Use the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Service Center Locator to find an office near you. You must apply directly to building management to find out if you qualify.
