8 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.
11 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, Saturday and Sunday; also on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and Presidents’ Day.
Closed on other federal holidays, the day after Thanksgiving, and December 24th.
