Are you divorced from an ex-spouse who worked long enough under Social Security? If so, you may be able to get benefits on their record.

General Program Requirements
As a divorced spouse, you might get benefits if you meet the conditions below:
- You were married for at least 10 years and divorced at least two years.
- You are at least age 62 and unmarried.
- You get a lower benefit amount based on your own work.
